ERIC CARLE HONORS 2012

Hand crafted centerpieces created in honor of Lane Smith and his many achievements in children illustration and writing. The centerpieces were themed around Smith's award winning book "Grandpa Green," in which each table served to highlight one of Smith's many characters from the "garden" of his portfolio. Each piece featured natural elements such as moss, flowers, and twigs while still keeping Smith's unique collage/mixed media aesthetic.
